GOODSOMEDAY: client work delivered by small teams. What we make funds Loops & Falls, free AI literacy for women.
We scope the job, build it, and hand it over documented.
How we work
A team, formed for the job
We take on client design and build work for funded startups and small teams. We deliver it through small teams drawn from a free community.
What we build
We build automations and AI wired into the tools a client already runs. We scope the job, build it, and hand it over documented.
Who does the work
A small team of three or more forms for the job and dissolves when it's done. We pay the team collectively and split the fee equally.
How the team is chosen
Anyone in the community who commits inside the response window goes into a draw. What predicts how a team performs is psychological safety and communication, not a track record.
What happens if something goes wrong
We hold the contract and the accountability. Two people sign off every delivery before it reaches the client. If something goes wrong, the client is dealing with us.

A small team of three or more, formed for your job and dissolved when it's done. The team is paid collectively and the fee is split equally. GOODSOMEDAY holds the contract and carries the liability. Two people sign off every delivery before it reaches you.
Anyone in the community who commits to a posted job inside the response window goes into a draw. The team is picked from that. No CV filter, no discretion, no seniority. CVs measure who's had access to paid work, which is a poor predictor of how a team performs. What predicts it is psychological safety and how a group communicates.
A team formed for one job has no shared working history at the start. Every newly assembled team carries that, in-house teams included. It's absorbed by tight scoping, a documented handover, two-person sign-off from job one, and GOODSOMEDAY's contractual accountability. If something goes wrong, you're dealing with us.
Work better served by an in-house hire. Work under the price floor. We'll tell you which it is, and what to look for instead.
GOODSOMEDAY funds Loops & Falls, a free, open community where women build confidence directing AI tools. Membership is free and stays free. Member data is never sold or shared. Client work is delivered by small teams drawn from that community, paid collectively and split equally. Mel holds the ABN. GOODSOMEDAY and Loops & Falls are branches of it. Two names, one accountable person.
Every woman, wherever you're starting from. Feminist allies too. Online only, no cost, no ID required. One rule about being decent to each other.
RMIT Online and Deloitte Access Economics surveyed 2,025 Australian workers in January 2026. 84% use at least one AI tool at work. 7% reach advanced AI literacy. Advanced technical skill sits at 21%. Advanced judgement and evaluation sits at 11%. The scarce skill is knowing a good answer from a bad one. Women do that work constantly and rarely count it as a skill.
